A Winter Wonderland - Drone Footage of Beautiful Snow Covered Mountains in Colorado
In Winter of 2019, I took a little trip to visit my parents in Durango, Colorado and brought my newly purchased DJI Mavic Pro 2 along to give it a good test. I had the DJI Phantom 3 already but was a bit outdated and really wanted to use more drones at weddings in Texas with really nice cinematic quality for their films. I've also been to Colorado a few times already but never Colorado WITH snow - Being a wedding videographer in Austin Texas, I had actually flown out of a snowy Austin to arrive in Durango Colorado without seeing a patch of snow... what?? Anyways, I'm glad I brought my drone along because the mountain views and sunsets were just incredible to see from that perspective. Will definitely look for more opportunities to fly this thing back home at some Hill Country weddings in Texas!
